On our site we specify which products or downloads have what license agreement attached to them; see below for more detail. Any content that is not downloaded or sent to you (basically is viewed on our site), is under the "General User Policy" section below.
Product Site License:
You may use one purchased product on one web site domain, including subdomains. There is no multiple site licenses available at this time. Example use; "www.yourdomain.com" is one domain and "www.yourotherdomain.com" is a second. You would need to purchase one product for each separate domain name.
Freeware Site License:
You may use our free web site packages on multiple web site domains, including subdomains. You may use our web site packages for commercial and personal web sites. You may not sell or mass distribute our web site packages on any media whatsoever.
Freeware Software License:
You may use our free product downloads for personal use only as per our Products And Downloads Policy below.
Products And Downloads Policy:
Any products, whether free or purchased that is downloaded or sent to you may be only used by the user who purchased or downloaded the item of interest. All products and downloads MAY NOT BE SOLD or MASS DISTRIBUTED on any media whatsoever, including, but not limited to, web sites and storage devices without written permission from "TechniPixel."
Products, such as applications, graphics or anything that we provide or develop for a consumer as a service may be used by the consumer as he wishes; except if it pertains to "Royalty Fees" or some other condition placed on the product or service that has been agreed upon.
Warranty And Liability Policy:
Any content that is downloaded or sent to a consumer from our site, email or direct mail has NO WARRANTIES OR ANY LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND, expressed or implied, including possible damage to any data or electronic storage in which any of our products and downloads are stored or used. We are not liable for your use of where or how you use our products and downloads.
General User Policy:
Any content that is viewed, printed or downloaded from our site may be used for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in conjunction with the appropriate product or download. All content on our site that is printed or downloaded pertains to the same legal polices as noted in other sections of this page. Any misuse or illegal use of our content may be subject to legal actions.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
