  • Q: Can I get a product or free download customized?
    A: Yes. Just contact us and we should be able to help you. Additional fees will apply.

Our Services

  • Q: Do you host web sites?
    A: Yes and No. We do not sell web hosting accounts. Instead we offer web space on our own web host account. We have plenty of bandwidth for small to average sites. If your site becomes to popular and our bandwidth gets used up, we would then ask you to purchase your own web host account.

Ordering Information

  • Q: Do I have to sign up for Plimus to purchase your products?
    A: No. Plimus does offer you the option to purchase with a credit card or phone.
  • Q: How and when do I get my purchased product?
    A: If you use Plimus, you will recieve a download link to the product that expires in 3 days. If you pay us directly by check or money order, when we receive your payment, we will email or mail you your product in ZIP or CD format in 1-2 days. We try to get it to your under 24 hours after receiving your payment. But, sometimes we may be delayed. Shipping may take 2-7 days depending on your location.
  • Q: Can I get a refund on my products?
    A: No. Because our products are digital in nature, we cannot give refunds because we can not validate that you have deleted all copies of our product from any of your storage devices.
