Windows Mail & Outlook Express (Or MAC, LINUX Mail) You computer most likely came with a default email client that is used to send and receive email. You only have to use an Email Client (software) if you are using an email account from your web host, internet provider or any POP3 account. Other forms of email are web-based such as Gmail, Yahoo or MSN. If your email is from a web-based email company, then you do not need to use a email client if you do not want to.
Domain And Web Hosting Email If your domain is hosted on a web site, then you most likely have an email account with the same name as your domain name in it. Example; yourname@yourdomain.com.
