 Ordering:
Our products are available for purchase using Plimus ecommerce solutions. You have more choices now; American Express, credit cards, check, Paypal, money order or wire transfer; even by direct mail.
If you would like to make payment for an order by telephone, simply fill out the Order Form when you check out as you normally would and select "Phone" on the "Payment Method" section, this will provide you with the phone number you need to use to call in your payment information.
Using Plimus:
When you place your order and your payment is received, you will get a confirmation email with a link to your product download. You have three days to download your product. After that, the link will expire.
Direct Mail Order:
If you do not wish to use Plimus, then please send your check or money order to the following address. If you pay by check, we will wait until the check has cleared the bank before sending your order. This will make sure that the check does not bounce. Include your email address in your order so we can send you your product via email. A shipping charge is imposed for direct mail (see below)..
Shipping:
There are two options for the shipping of your product. 1) Email; 2) Direct Mail.
Email Shipment:
You will receive your product link in your order confirmation email. Simply click the link in your email to download your product. If you can not get your product, please call us. If you order directly through regular email and you supply us an email, we will ship your product via email.
Direct Mail:
If you wish, you can have your product mailed to you by mail on a CD-Rom. There is an extra charge of $5.00 for shipping and handling. Please allow 2-7 business days for shipment using USPO.
Return Policy:
There are no returns or refunds of anykind. Because our products are digital in nature, we can not verify if the entire product has been disposed of completely off your systems.
Upgrade Policy:
All upgrades are free for only minor version changes in a series of version numbers. For example; 1.0 may turn to 1.8. You would get free upgrades until the version number turns to 2.0. To get an upgrade, simply email us with the same email you purchased a product with. If your email matches our records, then we will send you the upgraded version.
